What many may not know is that Dr. RJ serves as the mentor and clinical guide for the doctors and team at RJ Orthodontics & Associates. Dr. RJ became an orthodontist because he is passionate about creating healthy, confident smiles — but his vision goes far beyond straight teeth. He believes orthodontics should support proper breathing, balanced facial growth, and lifelong oral health.

That passion began early. As a middle school student, Dr. RJ discovered he had a natural ability to connect with others and help them feel heard and supported. This foundation of empathy and service continues to shape the way he approaches patient care today.
